February 17, 2007 (S15) – Ad Astra Per Aspera

BFN Networks presents
The Sound Of You & Me
Season 15
February 17, 2007
Ad Astra Per Aspera

“You can’t die before the reunion!”

Justin Velander Holt (f/k/a Bob Dubilina)

Special Guest:
Ad Astra Per Aspera

The members of Ad Astra Per Aspera cram into the studio for a spontaneous practice session and a quick chat about the underground music scene in Lawrence, Kansas; finding a label in Hamilton, Ontario; and what life will be like twenty years from now when they’re rocks gods in Japan and Norway.

Editor’s Note: Alas, the recording of this interview didn’t go as well as planned. One of our studio microphones went hot during the session, so the sound quality leaves something to be desired.

Recorded live at WUIC, Chicago, IL, USA.

Track List:
Ad Astra Per Aspera / Scatter Baby Spiders (BFN Live)
Ad Astra Per Aspera / A Fish Would Much Rather Swim (BFN Live)
Ad Astra Per Aspera / Goodbye Goodbye (BFN Live)

Interview Time: 30 min:40 sec
